After a $10 million dollar renovation, Sandals Grande Ocho Rios has begun welcoming guests into pure grandeur with new hillside villas, exotic gardens and brooks and an endless beach with its own beach club.  Featuring 529 rooms - including Villas of Eden hilltop suites - the resort embraces the beauty of Jamaica's North Coast. 

Resort highlights include more than 95 pools, one of which is a brand new expansive zero entry pool - a Red Lane Spa featuring signature spa services such as a Moonlight & Stars massage and a Wake Up and Smell the Coffee Scrub, 11 gourmet restaurants or private formal in-villa dining, 24-hour room service, multiple wedding locations and complimentary golf at the nearby Sandals Golf and Country Club. Newly unveiled Butler Service will be available for top suite categories and will include true 24-hour room service, private in-suite check-in, unpacking and packing of clothing, and personalized attention such as drawing a bubble bath scented with rose petals or even orchestrating in-suite gourmet dining on guests' private terrace.

POOL CABANAS
Cabanas around the Manor main pool are now being rented for US $100 per day from 7am to 5pm. Rental includes: Lounge chairs with terry covers, Towels (specially selected), Ceiling fan, Misting system or misting bottles w/Rose Water, sun tan lotion, cooler w/ a selection of beverages, breakfast, lunch and dinner served from a specially selected menu, cold towels upon arrival, champagne, white wine or red wine, fruit basket and a specially trained cabana concierge to handle all requests.  Extended rental also available from 7 am to midnight for US $200. This rental fee includes above mentioned amenities plus a private candlelight cabana dinner with personalized waiter and menu.

RESORT UPDATE
January Small refrigerators are now in all the cottages at the resort and the Zenith televisions have all been replaced with flat screen televisions in the Manor & Riviera room blocks.

-The new boutique spa and gym offers four exclusive treatment rooms, including a couples massage room, and professional spa therapists provide the latest aromatherapy treatments, Swedish massage, body scrubs and wraps.  A new beauty salon offers manicures, pedicures, and make-up and hair styling. 
-Other new features are the newly redone Piano Bar, ideal for an evening of fun, and a wedding gazebo overlooking the sea at Reef Terrace. 
-The Concierge Floor rooms and suites have been refurbished as well, making the resorts highest category of rooms even better.  All boast four-poster beds, mini bars, cordless telephones, combination CD player and radio and plush robes! 
-Decorated with beautiful oil paintings and stately marble columns, the new Valentino's restaurant brings a taste of Italy to the Caribbean with its delicious Italian cuisine and elegant white glove service.

SCUBA DIVING ADMINISTRATION FEES 
Guests will be charged additional fees for scuba diving services at the resorts. 

Fees are as follows: 
Resort Course Lesson: $70.00 USD per person 
Night Dives: $70.00 USD per person 
Scuba Certification Course: $350.00 USD per person 

If a guest does both the resort course and the certification, the charge is $350.00 USD per person.  All guests who complete the resort course will receive a certification good for a year at any resort.  These fees will be charged at the resort.
