- We send you a full detailed trip confirmation via email, email of final payment notice, email the resort directly for
any and all of your resort / room requests, prepare your tickets with lots of information and we are always here to
answer any questions you have now, before you travel, while your at the
resort and after you travel.

We email the General Manager and resort
staff directly with all of your requests. (Signature Guests Member status, any special occasions you may be celebrating
and more!) A copy of this correspondence is sent to you.

We ship a packet shortly after your
final payment is made or e-tickets sent to your email address.
