1.What is the Sandals Select Program? Sandals
Select Rewards club is the newly enhanced loyalty program. The Sandals
Select Rewards Club will give our returning guests a greater sense of recognition
on property as well as thank guests for their loyalty. Please note that
as of December 1, 2007 our returning guest program will no longer be referred
to as the Sandals Signature Guest program or the Signature Guest program.
2.Which Resorts are apart of the Sandals
Select Family? Sandals, Beaches and Royal Plantation Resorts. Sandals
and Beaches guests will join the Sandals Select Rewards Club and Royal
Plantation guests will join Royal Plantation Select- A member of the Sandals
Select Family.
3.Will guests still be able to earn points
and nights? Yes, guests will still be able to earn points based on the
rack rate of their room and earn standard paid nights. Once a guest accumulates
70 paid nights they will be eligible for their complimentary 7-night stay.
Please note that points will no longer be referred to as Signet Points.
As of December 1, 2007 the points will be called “Sandals Select points”
which are earned at Sandals Resorts and Beaches Resorts, and “Royal Plantation
Select points” which are earned at the participating Royal Plantation Resorts.
Sandals Select points and Royal Plantation Select points carry the same
value and are interchangeable; they can be earned and redeemed at any Sandals
Resorts, Beaches Resorts and participating Royal Plantation Resorts.
4. Do points expire and how long will a guest
be able to maintain the membership levels? Sandals Select points will expire
at the end of the 3rd year from the date the points are earned. Guests
will maintain membership levels as long they travel within a 3 year time
frame from the last date of travel.
5. What are some of the new additions?
A.Membership
Levels-The Sandals Select program will introduce membership levels,
based on the number of stays/nights that a guest spends on resort:
i. 2nd stay – Sandals Select Member
ii. 3rd stay or 24 nights- Gold Member
iii. 5th stay or 40 nights- Platinum Member
iv. 10th stay or 100 nights- Diamond Member
B.Welcome Home,
Birthday and Anniversary cards- Upon arrival all guest will receive a handwritten
welcome home card. And if the guest is celebrating a special occasion on
property they will receive a Birthday and Anniversary card
6. Will the Sandals Select Program
incorporate parts of the Signature Guest program? Operating standards,
polices and procedures will remain the same. The Sandals Select program
will still host Reunion Week, Photo contest, Golf tournament etc.
7. What will happen to our current
Signature Guest Members? Current Signature Guest Members will be grandfathered
into the program based on the current number of nights/stay reflecting
on file.

Major Changes to the SSG Terms & Conditions: Effective June 1,
2007
Earning Signet Points:
New SSG enrollees will earn 10,000 Signet Points as their
enrollment bonus. This equates to a $250 USD discount. This applies to
all enrollment methods (on-line, manual application, resort application,
phone application).
SSG members have 12 months from the check out date of
the resort in question to apply for adjustments and retroactive credits.
Members are responsible for ensuring that points/nights
earned are properly credited. If they are not properly credited for Signet
Points within 60 days of travel, they must send a copy of their reservation
voucher, resort invoice in question, and payment receipt with their membership
number to the SSG department.
Sandals and Beaches resorts reserve the right to deny
or revoke Signet Awards, Signet Points and Night Credit at any time if
Sandals and Beaches resorts determine that awards/points/nights were improperly
given.
Award Redemption and Signet Points Transfer Rules:
The Primary Member may earn points and nights for up to
two (2) rooms within each calendar year in which they are not an occupant.
The Primary Member must be 100% financially responsible for said rooms
and provide the following information:

Proof that they paid for the room by submitting a copy of
their credit card statement or cancelled check

A signed letter from the adult guests who stayed in the room
with a copy of their Driver's License or the letter must be notarized.
Expiration of Signet Points:
Signet Points earned prior to January 1, 2007 will expire
on December 31, 2009.
Signet Points earned on or after January 1, 2007 will
remain valid for 3 years and will expire on December 31st of the 3rd year.
(Example: Signet Points earned on April 9, 2007 will expire on December
31, 2010).
